As Hurricane Sandy approaches Baltimore, be sure you and your family stay safe before, during, and after the storm hits. Most area businesses and schools are closed and the mayor is asking anyone who is not an emergency or essential personnel to stay off the roads until noon on Tuesday, October 30.
