Baltimore Restaurant Week is back, giving locals and visitors a reason to brave the cold from January 25 through February 3. Many of Baltimore's most popular restaurants are offering three-course menus dinner menus for $30.13 and $20.13, depending on the restaurant. Some are also offering two-course lunch menus for $15.13, giving you no excuse to skip out on a great midday meal.
