  • Power Plant Live!
    • Angels Rock Bar - See the fireworks from the 2nd floor patio. Champagne toast at midnight. $20 cover.
    • Howl at the Moon - This piano bar offers an elaborate set of New Year's Eve party packages, ranging from a $25 cover to $100pp for early arrival, dinner, Champagne, party favors and open bar.
    • The Lodge Bar - Open bar (including shots) and a buffet dinner are part of this club's New Year's Eve party, $150 couple, $80pp.
    • MEX - Casual Tex-Mex eatery offers $30 open bar packages or $10 cover. 9 p.m. until sunrise. Late-night menu available.
    • Mosaic - Now that this popular club has indoor digs, New Year's here seems just a bit more appealing. Jask, Halo and Steve Raskin perform plus Mosaic's regular DJs will be spinning tunes. Select open bar. $35pp in advance, $50pp at the door.

  • Fells Point Bars - While few of the bars in Fells Point have special New Year's Eve parties, all will be celebrating. And it only takes a few steps outside from most of them to see the Inner Harbor fireworks. Fells Point Parking
  • Hampden Miracle on 34th Street - Times Square-style ball drop and the Baby New Year are part of Hampden's New Year's celebration. $75pp in advance, $95 at the door.
  • Latin Palace – is the Celebrate Fiesta de Ano Nuevo 2008 in Fells Point. Have breakfast as well as dinner at this party – with six bars, a cigar lounge, three dance floors and pool tables – that lasts from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. $15-$40.
  • Ottobar – Doors open at 9 p.m. for New year's Eve event featuring "UNDERGROUND" britpop/indie/new wave/mod dance party with DJs Matt Walter and Craig Boarman. Age 18 and up. $1 drinks before 10:30 p.m. $5 after 10 p.m., (410) 662-0069.

In the Club and Lounge at 8 p.m. a performance by Chrisette Michelle kicks off the New Year's Eve party hosted by comedian Larry Lancaster. Free food, Champagne toast part of $69.50 ticket price.
