More than 90 restaurants in Baltimore offer three-course dinners for a very reasonable $30.08. And three-course lunches are just $20.08.

If you're wondering what happened to the PAETEC Jazz Festival from last year, it has shrunk to a single concert by Anita Baker this year. Very disappointing.

Fort McHenry

History re-enactors portray the daily life of the War of 1812 soldier, sailor and citizen. Dressed in replica 19th-century clothing, the Fort McHenry Guard conducts drills, barracks activities, artillery and musket firing demonstrations, civilian activities and children's programs.

Free concerts go on all summer throughout the Baltimore area. Though weekends are prime time for these musical get-togethers, some occur on weeknights too. Look for events at these locations:
