The 2008 show, titled "Spring into Wonderland," kicks off with an open house on Saturday, March 15 from 1-4 p.m. Enjoy the children's craft area, light refreshments and a plant sale. This coincides with the Baltimore City Parks Department's annual Easter egg hunt.

The exhibition includes everything from works by Leonardo da Vinci to the first map of the United States as annotated for the Treaty of Paris. But it also expands the definition of a map to include African scuptures and images from Hubble Telecope.

Every year, usually the weekend before Opening Day at Camden Yards, the Baltimore Orioles throw a party for their fans. For a very reasonable admission, O's fans come to Camden Yards for the FanFest Celebration. They can meet the current Orioles players, get their autographs and watch an open workout plus a lot more fun.
Greek Independence Day Parade

Baltimore's Greek-American community marks Greek Independence Day with a parade in through Greektown. The parade includes dance groups in ethnic costumes, children groups, the U.S. Naval Academy's unit of Greek Philhellene Midshipmen, Color Guard, and Navy Drum and Bugle Corps. as well ad the Orthodox clergy from across the Baltimore area. Parade route begins at Haven Street, up Eastern Avenue and turns right onto Ponca Street and ends two blocks past the Saint Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church at Fait Avenue.
