It's Carnival time in Baltimore. The annual Caribbean Carnival Festival at Druid Hill Park is a celebration of the islands, complete with food, drink, music and dance. Sponsored by the Caribbean American Carnival Association of Baltimore, the festival offers three days of festivities with arts and crafts, costumed dancers, authentic Caribbean cuisine and live music including calypso, soca and reggae bands.
It's one of Baltimore's impressive slate of ethnic festivals.
