Races

Marathon

The 26-mile Baltimore marathon is the highlight of the running festival. The course travels through many neighborhoods, including the Inner Harbor, Federal Hill and Fells Point. The loop around Lake Montebello gives runners flat terrain near mile 21.

The race features a purse of $125,000, with $23,000 going to the male and female winners.

Start Time: 8 a.m.
Starting Line: Russell and Camden streets
Registration: $105
Maximum Entrants: 5,000

Team Relay

Running the same course as the marathoners, the Team Relay consists of four participants per team with each runner selecting a portion of the marathon course to run. The legs vary in length from 5.9 to 7.1 miles.

Registration is $260 per team

Half Marathon

The half-marathon course starts at the 13-mile mark of the marathon course. It splits after 2/10 mile (half-marathoners will have their own lane to that point) and rejoins the marathon route later in the race. The separation between the marathon and half-marathon courses alleviates much of the congestion at the merge point and make for a smoother transition.

Start Time: 9:45 a.m.
Starting Line: Conway and Light streets
Registration:$95
Maximum Entrants: 10,000

5k

Start Time: 8:30 a.m.
