The Halloween Lantern Parade in Baltimore is organized by local arts non-profit Creative Alliance and Friends of Patterson Park. The annual event attracts thousands of costumed marchers every year.
This year's theme is GROW! - celebrating food and the creative power of community gardens.

Halloween Lantern Parade 2010

Time: 3 to 9 p.m., parade at 7
Where: Patterson Park, Linwood and Eastern avenues.
Registration: None is required. Just show up.

The event has several components, including:
- Hay Rides
- Lantern making
- Food, drinks, arts and crafts on sale
- Day of the Dead Community Altar & Activity
- Featuring more than 1,000 lanterns, whimsical floats, the Barrage Band, and more.
