What: The city's 10th-annual Martin Luther King Jr. Day Parade
When: January 18, 2010, noon
Route: Begins at Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. and Eutaw St. Proceeds south on MLK to Baltimore St.

Museums

Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Holiday Celebration
Reginald F. Lewis Museum of Maryland African American History

Jan. 18, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Activities that include a book discussion with Rev. Dr. Frank M. Reid, III, musical entertainment, crafts for children and films. Free with museum admission.

Port Discovery

Free with museum admission
All three days feature children's activities that honor Dr. King.
