Baltimore turns green with joy every year for its annual St. Patrick's Day Parade. Troupes of Irish dancers prance down Pratt Street in the Inner Harbor, followed by bagpipers in colorful kilts and bands like the Marching Ravens.

The festivities include the Shamrock 5K race, a brunch, and, in the weeks leading up to the event numerous fundraisers in Baltimore's Irish bars and restaurants.
- Shamrock 5K - Runners in this 5K race trace the parade route prior to the parade's kick off. Cold beer awaits at the party near the finish line at Power Plant Live!
- Parade Champagne Brunch - Reservations are a must for this annual event held at the Camden Club next to Oriole Park at Camden Yards.
- Fundraisers - Starting in December several local Irish pubs, including James Joyce in Harbor East (on March 7, this year), throw fundraisers for the event.
