The Ukrainian Festival in Baltimore is a two-day celebration of Ukrainian culture and heritage. Fun for people of all ethnic backgrounds, the annual festival at Patterson Park features music, food, drink, and art from the Ukraine.
The Baltimore Ukrainian Festival Committee is the non-profit tax-exempt group that has run the festival since September 1976.
Among the festival's highlights each year is of course, the world famous (or at least city famous) pierogi eating contest.
