Guide Review - Tapas Teatro
Ironically, the subtle flavors of small plates of Spanish food are meant to be savored. The cold London broil salad featured perfectly pink, razor thin slices of beef atop a bed of greens. Packed with an assortment of seafood, the paella's delicate saffron flavor shines through. Crunchy codfish fritters give a nod to Baltimore but without so much potato as is so often the case with hometown coddies.
If you do plan to see a show next door, you can relax knowing that youre in good hands. Tables turn over quickly, so the wait is rarely long. And the hostess will usually inquire about your show time and advise you on whether you can make it. And once seated the food starts flowing quickly.
