Ah, Hampden. Where else does Santa arrive in a three-wheeled, lime green contraption? The neighborhood that puts on a brilliant display of holiday lights also hosts the Mayor's Annual Christmas Parade.

Last year more than 25,0000 people lined the 2.5-mile route to see 160 parade units including the Baltimore Marching Ravens, Harley Davidson motorcycles, the Boumi Temple performers, floats, antique cars and more.

Date: December 2, 2007 at 2:00PM
Parade route: Beginning at Poly/Western High Schools and crossing Cold Spring Lane, continuing south on Falls Road to 36th Street, turning east on 36th Street, turning North on Chestnut Avenue and ending at 37th Street.
