The Maryland Science Center in Baltimore is a jewel of the city's Inner Harbor. Aside from its science exhibits, the museum is home to an IMAX movie theater and planetarium. With a number of hands-on exhibits, the science center is a phenomenal attraction for kids, and is a must-see stop for tourists and locals alike.

A quick note: The IMAX theater plays much more than just science films. The five-story, 38-speaker theater also plays Hollywood features, 3D movies, and music films.

***The current traveling exhibit at the center is "Da Vinci - The Genius"***
