Fells Point

Tugs dock that along the City Recreation Pier sometimes blare their horns at the water taxis as they both slip in and out of the same small inlet. The City Pier building, the former set for TV drama Homicide: Life on the Streets, faces Thames Street. It now stands empty though several developers have expressed interest in turning it into a retail or residential center.
