Next to where to get good crabs the Inner Harbor is, perhaps, the favorite topic of Baltimore visitors these days. But the Inner Harbor was once a rundown port area solely the domain of sailors, dockworkers and other brave souls. In the 1960s, when planning for the Inner Harbor's revitalization began, it seemed folly that tourists would ever come here. Today the Inner Harbor is the center for attractions, hotels and restaurants.
