Who Must File Maryland Tax Forms
In addition to full-year residents of Maryland, non-residents who work in Maryland or derived some income from the state (including gambling winnings and the sale of some properties) as well as part-year residents should check which forms they may be required to file.Maryland residents, who paid income tax to another state, may be entitled to a tax credit on their Maryland return.
