Bikram Yoga Baltimore
Founded in 2002 in Cockeysville, today three studios under the name Bikram Yoga Baltimore practice a system of "hot yoga" that consists of a set series of 26 postures and two breathing exercises. Daily classes are offered at these yoga studios:

Charm City Yoga

Sid Yoga
The former Lifeline Power Yoga is now Sid Yoga, a studio run by former football coach at Northern Illinois University Sid McNairy. From meditation to vinyasa, there is something for everyone at any level of expertise. Daily classes are offered at this yoga studio:

Susquehanna Yoga and Meditation
This yoga studio began on the second floor of the Towson Health Concern grocery store with three students using beach towels for blankets. From the basics to hour-long vinyasa classes, today Susquehanna Yoga and Meditation has a class for any level of practitioner. Daily classes are offered at this yoga studio:

Ulkatasana Yoga
