Ravens Owner Steve Bisciotti grew up as a Baltimore Colts fan in Severna Park, MD. At age 23, he started a staffing business, which grew into Allegis Group, the 3rd-largest staffing firm in the United States. He purchased a majority interest in the Ravens from Art Modell in April 2004.
