Fells Point with cobblestone streets and quaint shops is home to boutique hotels, inns and B&Bs. Hotels in Harbor East, site of Baltimore's soon-to-be largest skyscaper, tend to be large chains. Harbor East hotels are more like Inner Harbor hotels, but the rates are lower.

This Marriott hotel is only a block from the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront. And though it shares the general location of its more upscale sister property, it doesn't share the price.
